Posy has been going to the Pampered Pooch for daycare,
grooming and boarding since the day we got her. It is like a second home to her.
When we head down the lane way to the barn she knows exactly where she is going
and the excitement starts. Greatest place ever for your dog.

We have another name for the Pampered Pooch and that's "Camp Budd".
Our two labs absolutely Love it there! What's not to Love? Endless
ball throwing in a secure play park with two humans that adore them.
It doesn't get better than that!

How can I possibly express to you how grateful I am for all the generous love that you gave to my beautiful Golden Girls. I knew that I could trust them with you. Not only to keep them safe and fed, but you gave them lots of love and play time too. And I know that they fell in love with you too. And thank you for keeping me posted while I was away with photos and updates as to how they are doing. I have never met another groomer and/or doggy retreat that cares about our four legged family members as you do. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

"We were very impressed with the Pampered Pooch facilities. Everything is spotless and well organized. The play yard is large and fully fenced. No worries about runaway dogs. Laura took great care of Zoe, our black lab, who was only 8 months old when we took our trip to Europe. She treated her as one of her own. We received email updates and pictures of Zoe at play with her new friends. We came back to a happy girl ! We fly out of Montreal (rather than Ottawa) so we can have Zoe stay with Laura. Wouldn't trust anyone else with our baby :-)"

Pampered Pooch, the best and only place I feel comfortable leaving my special needs child Sookie.
Laura and Bill take great care of my kid, to the point where she prefers it to home, says I’m boring.

These are just a few words to describe Laura and Bill Budd!!!

Really, there is not enough that can be said for such amazing, dedicated people!
​
I will never forget the day, that I went into panic mode....We were preparing to leave for the weekend, and I had taken for granted the fact that our pooch would always have a place to rest her head while we’re away....I left it too late to call and book a spot for her....I frantically, after being told our usual spot was taken by others started inquiring about where else Diaz could go....Thankfully, Pampered Pooch came highly recommended and we have not looked back....
​
Diaz is treated with the upmost love and respect....As she stands as high as a small horse, and well isn’t the brightest cookie in the jar! Laura and Bill have become two of her most favorite people in the world! From the second we leave our home with her weekend belongings, and make our way to Williamstown...Diaz talks the entire trip, with tail wagging! Everyone out of the way, as we begin the drive up Laura and Bill’s lane, as she is so excited and unable to contain herself!!! LOL

"Hi, My name is Samantha and I just love the Pampered Pooch Retreat. You see my Mom & Dad work hard and travel a lot. Unfortunately, I can't always go with them. After I first came to live with Mom & Dad, they found Laura at the Pampered Pooch. Laura was so kind to me. She had me for a sleep over and we have not looked back since. While I am there I get to stay in a very nicely kept and decorated room in a large refurbished barn. It's like a "Doggy Day-care" well, heaven really! We even have a play room where we can be real doggies with our own chairs and play toys. We get to go outside in a fenced in yard where we can run and play with all of our friends. I am always sad when I can't vacation with Mom & Dad but time at the daycare with Laura and Bill is "A" OK with me. See you there!!!"
